Welcome! I hoped I was being helpful and not a nudge. Clickable banners are a pretty standard way of doing promo on DW. If you look at my profile page for photographyon you can see that I've used Textareas to put the code for both a large and a small banner so people can just grab the code. You can grab that code and just replace it with the proper links and image ref.
